What this Tool does
Strictly revalidate the complete source-casebook set and require an exact deterministic matrix rebuild.
Offline review boundary
Phase 81 creates deterministic local exact-identifier relationship matrices only. It does not establish semantic similarity, duplicate evidence, shared origin, causality, chronology, relevance, collaboration/account authority, authorship, ownership, authenticity, legal custody, authoritative-copy status, compatibility, restore priority, trusted time, remote trust, signature validity or production acceptance.
Input contract
Choose one valid Phase 81 matrix plus the complete 2-16 Phase 80 source-casebook set. The set is strictly revalidated and rebuilt under the matrix mode; exact matrix identity is required for full source-set coverage.
Safe interpretation
A valid matrix proves deterministic local cross-indexing of exact identifiers derived from strictly revalidated Phase 80 casebooks. Identifier co-occurrence is cryptographic relationship evidence only and is not semantic similarity, chronology, shared origin, duplication, trust or authority.
