What this Tool does
Create the first deterministic local custody-chain link over selected evidence, establishing only a cryptographic chain starting point.
Evidence boundary
Phase 75 is a local evidence-recording layer. SHA-256 binds selected bytes, paths, declarations and chain links, but no surface proves legal chain of custody, creator identity, account ownership, authenticity, trusted timestamp, remote/cloud origin, real-world chronology, platform compatibility or semantic save validity. No digital signature, certificate, private key, remote registry, account access, upload, restore or file mutation is performed.
Input contract
Select 1-64 local files, each no larger than 16 MiB and no more than 64 MiB combined. Exact relative path/name is part of the evidence identity.
Safe interpretation
Use these receipts to preserve deterministic local evidence and comparison history. A hash-bound label records exactly what was declared; it does not independently establish the identity of the declarant, a trusted timestamp, remote source, ownership, or legal custody.
