Custody Chain Interchange Bundle

Wrap one valid Phase 75 custody chain in a canonical portable Phase 76 evidence bundle after strict local chain revalidation.

01 / Tool workbench

Use the runtime only when it is actually ready.

The application shell fails closed. An input interface is not enabled merely because a WordPress Tool record exists; the declared engine must be registered in the current build.

What this Tool does

Wrap one valid Phase 75 custody chain in a canonical portable Phase 76 evidence bundle after strict local chain revalidation.

Interchange boundary

Phase 76 is a portable local JSON interchange and consistency layer. SHA-256 proves only equality to the canonical bytes calculated locally. It is not a digital signature, trusted timestamp, ownership/authenticity proof, remote-registry attestation, legal chain of custody, account/provider identity, cloud origin, game compatibility or semantic save-validity authority. No source save bytes are embedded and no source artifact or save is modified.

Input contract

Choose exactly one supported local SaveEditor JSON evidence artifact. The Tool canonicalizes and SHA-256-binds the JSON into an interchange wrapper without embedding source save bytes.

Safe interpretation

Use Phase 76 to move and compare deterministic local evidence JSON without weakening the Phase 75 authority boundary. Hash continuity is useful evidence of exact equality, but it does not authenticate a person, service, device, timestamp, origin or legal custody event.

02 / Compatibility

Know the supported input before opening a file.

Compatibility fields are intentionally explicit. Missing values stay unclaimed rather than being filled with generic assumptions.

Accepted extensions

Platforms

No platform assignment is recorded.

Supported versions / editions

Phase 76 interchange bundles are canonical local JSON only. Up to 64 evidence JSON artifacts, each at most 1 MiB canonicalized and 8 MiB combined. Current-file binding profiles keep the permanent 16 MiB per-file / 64-file / 64 MiB selected-evidence ceilings.

Input constraints

Choose exactly one supported local SaveEditor JSON evidence artifact. The Tool canonicalizes and SHA-256-binds the JSON into an interchange wrapper without embedding source save bytes.

Known limitations

Phase 76 is a portable local JSON interchange and consistency layer. SHA-256 proves only equality to the canonical bytes calculated locally. It is not a digital signature, trusted timestamp, ownership/authenticity proof, remote-registry attestation, legal chain of custody, account/provider identity, cloud origin, game compatibility or semantic save-validity authority. No source save bytes are embedded and no source artifact or save is modified.

Output / result

Deterministic JSON verification receipts and, for packaging profiles, a saveeditor-evidence-interchange-bundle-v1 document with canonical embedded JSON artifacts and SHA-256 manifest bindings. Save bytes are never embedded.

03 / Instructions

Use a reversible workflow.

File-oriented workflows start with an untouched original. Tool-specific instructions add only details documented for this utility.

  1. 01Keep the original

Preserve an untouched copy before creating or transforming binary output.

  2. 02Confirm scope

Match the file size, format, platform, and version to the support information on this page.

  3. 03Process locally

Use the runtime only when the page reports that its declared engine is loaded.

  4. 04Validate output

Compare or test the result before replacing any working source file.

Tool-specific steps

Choose the required local JSON evidence and optional current local files, package locally, then preserve the generated interchange bundle alongside the original artifacts. Keep originals unchanged.

04 / Privacy and processing

The processing mode is part of the product contract.

SaveEditor.com should state local processing only when the implementation truly keeps file contents in the browser. Server or hybrid processing must be disclosed just as clearly.

Tool-specific privacy notes

All JSON artifacts and optional current local evidence are processed in browser memory only. Phase 76 performs no upload, account/cloud access, remote registry lookup, timestamp service, certificate lookup, key generation, digital signing or live-save write.

05 / Troubleshooting

When a file is rejected, do not force it.

A rejection can indicate an unsupported size, format, version, platform, or byte sequence. Preserve the original and correct the input instead of bypassing validation.

Wrong file or size

Re-check the documented input type and browser size limit before retrying.

Unsupported format

A generic converter does not imply support for every game-specific container, signing scheme, or serialization format.

Source was modified

Return to the untouched source instead of repeatedly processing a damaged or partially transformed file.

Known Tool issues

A failed interchange check means the selected JSON, canonical manifest, embedded artifact digest, bundle ID, referenced set ID, chain ID/head ID or current selected bytes do not match the strict local contract. Preserve originals and do not infer who created, signed, owned, transferred or hosted an artifact.

06 / Verification

Support claims should be traceable.

The verification date, method notes, and public references are kept separate from marketing language so compatibility can be reviewed over time.

Method notes

Verified with independent canonical-JSON/SHA-256 reference calculations, artifact-order determinism, strict Phase 75 receipt/chain revalidation, malformed/tampered bundle negatives, cross-bundle ID consistency checks, current-file set binding, source immutability, no-network/no-signing guards and source/installable parity.

07 / FAQ

Questions to answer before editing.

These answers are generated from the Tool record and current runtime state rather than generic compatibility promises.

Is Custody Chain Interchange Bundle ready to use?
The Tool record is verified and declares an operational runtime. The page enables its input controls only when the declared engine module is loaded in the current build.
Does processing stay in the browser?
Yes for this declared mode. The loaded runtime processes the explicit input in the browser; Tool-specific privacy notes describe the exact scope and limits.
Should I keep the original file?
Yes. Keep an untouched source file until any generated output has been validated.
What if my input is rejected?
Use the validation message to correct the base, encoding, width, timezone, byte alignment, or size. The runtime does not guess through invalid input.
