What this Tool does
Append a self-declared analysis note bound to the current evidence set without certifying who performed the analysis.
Evidence boundary
Phase 75 is a local evidence-recording layer. SHA-256 binds selected bytes, paths, declarations and chain links, but no surface proves legal chain of custody, creator identity, account ownership, authenticity, trusted timestamp, remote/cloud origin, real-world chronology, platform compatibility or semantic save validity. No digital signature, certificate, private key, remote registry, account access, upload, restore or file mutation is performed.
Input contract
Select the current local evidence plus a prior Phase 75 custody-chain JSON. The new link is hash-bound to the prior head and current SHA-256 evidence. Transfer/storage/analysis/copy/export notes are declarations, not third-party attestations.
Safe interpretation
Use these receipts to preserve deterministic local evidence and comparison history. A hash-bound label records exactly what was declared; it does not independently establish the identity of the declarant, a trusted timestamp, remote source, ownership, or legal custody.
