What this Tool does
Build a deterministic review matrix only when every supplied casebook represents the same single exact source-catalog ID.
Offline review boundary
Phase 81 creates deterministic local exact-identifier relationship matrices only. It does not establish semantic similarity, duplicate evidence, shared origin, causality, chronology, relevance, collaboration/account authority, authorship, ownership, authenticity, legal custody, authoritative-copy status, compatibility, restore priority, trusted time, remote trust, signature validity or production acceptance.
Input contract
Choose 2-16 valid Phase 80 casebooks that each represent exactly one source-catalog ID and all share the same exact ID. Mixed or multi-catalog casebooks fail closed.
Safe interpretation
A valid matrix proves deterministic local cross-indexing of exact identifiers derived from strictly revalidated Phase 80 casebooks. Identifier co-occurrence is cryptographic relationship evidence only and is not semantic similarity, chronology, shared origin, duplication, trust or authority.
