What this Tool does
Compare two valid interchange bundles by exact artifact path and canonical SHA-256, reporting same, changed, missing and extra artifacts.
Interchange boundary
Phase 76 is a portable local JSON interchange and consistency layer. SHA-256 proves only equality to the canonical bytes calculated locally. It is not a digital signature, trusted timestamp, ownership/authenticity proof, remote-registry attestation, legal chain of custody, account/provider identity, cloud origin, game compatibility or semantic save-validity authority. No source save bytes are embedded and no source artifact or save is modified.
Input contract
Choose two valid Phase 76 interchange bundle JSON documents. Comparison is limited to canonical artifact paths/digests and referenced SHA-256 set/chain/head identities.
Safe interpretation
Use Phase 76 to move and compare deterministic local evidence JSON without weakening the Phase 75 authority boundary. Hash continuity is useful evidence of exact equality, but it does not authenticate a person, service, device, timestamp, origin or legal custody event.
